Depends on where you are in HK. Where I live you have to consider the network of Vodafone because useless! Too many people in HK base their knowledge of service providers on the small areas they either live in or work in!

However the place that I live and work is the location that I would make calls mostly. In order to be "connected", I must choose a service provider that has a good coverage within the area. ^^

My office is in North Point. We can never 3HK's network in our office. But 98$ for 100MB is indeed quite attractive. If you are not a heavy data user and 3HK's coverage is good in your office/home area, I think its a good choice.

How if i use 22 MB? Does it mean that I need to pay the extra 15$ for the 15MB? What will happened to the remaining 13MB?
