Anyone has experience in this? Please advise. Need to buy one urgently (preferably a small and light-weight one as my husband puts it on his lap as he has to sit in a wheelchair when we go out) so that I don't have to keep track when the cylinder runs out of oxygen which we ordered from HK Oxygen.

Hi, the only thing I can think of is a medical appliance shop, the ones that sell wheelchairs and other things etc, or ask at one of the chemists like Watsons.
