Any suggestion on a good cartoon serie? She's watching Barney and POcoyo but I wanted to introduce other things. Thanks.

Little Einsteins.

Dora the Explorer. She grates on my nerves (why must she always yell?) but my girls love the show.

Agree, my daughter loved The Wiggles, Hi 5, The tweenies and fun song factory at that age.

BTW there really is no need for TV at this age. In fact, too much is probably not good for the little one. Our 3½ year old and our 2½ year old get perhaps 1 hour per week on average. It's not like we have to deny them either. They have plenty of other things to do, things which involve more creativity and physical activity.

Not saying one should ban TV for kids. Just that it is not good for them to be sitting in front of the TV a lot, no matter how educational or fun the program may be.

Ok getting off my soap box.

Well, it's very cultural. In North America, the TV is on all day. Same in Italy where my father is from. Just background In Sweden it's pretty much off all day. Most Swedes find the concept of a TV in the bedroom more than slightly odd.

If, as you say, the kids don't pay attention and play anyway, no biggie. The thing I have an issue with is the kids sitting still while staring at the TV for hours. While slowly turning into eggplants...
