Hi,


I am looking for an bilingual class (mandarin/english) for my 20 month year old. We are moving from Hong Kong to Singapore. He is currently enrolled in Tutor Time and so I am trying to find the equivalent in Singapore. Does anyone know of one? We like Tutor Time because it's a nice balance between locals and ex-pats.

At this age any playgroup will do. That is the Mandarin is just a bonus. He/she won't be any more or less advanced by the age of 10 whether he/she starts at 20 months or 4 years.


Come to think of it the usefulness of playgroups under 2 years as an environment that actually helps kids learn language is not entirely evident. Certainly the kids can learn social skills and manners during interaction, but for language and other more academic skill starting later works just as well.

At what age does Tutor time take kids? Is one year too young? Also, where are their locations?
