there are a couple in the centre opposite PP via the foot bridge.. i think its in United centre or the other one near there..

How about in Central ? there are a good nail salon " Rainbownails " , they are very good in nail services with nice girls & clean , tidy place . Maybe you can call 28400660 or visit their website at www.rainbownails.com.hk
