I think my child has adhd, but I dont want to medicate. Do you have any suggestions about herbal remedies or books which will offer advice? Thanks!!

since your son is 9 years old, why don't you take him to see a specialist to see what his condition is. you can't simply apply an adhd "remedy' by simply guessing that's what he has.

maybe he doesn't have adhd and it's soemthing else. you shoudl find out either way before doing anything about it.

a psychologist met him for an hour and was sure he has adhd. my doctor and i think so too. i think the actual tests are very expensive.
