Isn't there a noticeboard in your residential building that you can post an advertisement?

Or you could go down to the supermarkets where you live and see if there are also noticeboards down there.

Or you could find a church and on Sunday, go down and ask a couple of Filipino helpers and put the word around. Then you should get a few phone calls.
