Hi All;


I am starting a new job soon which will involve managing a team and having to deliver presentations frequently


I am looking to polish those skills.. does anyone have a reccomended organisation or course that they think would fit that ?

Presentation skills and leadership skills are not the same. What do you consider your deficiencies to be?

Agreed with drm888. Presentation and leadership is not the same.


A good book on presentation skills is "The Articulate Executive" by Granville N. Toogood. Not perfect but a big help. Note, again, that it is about presenting, not leadership.
