Dear readers,
I used to live and work in PR China. A local school in southern-west hired me for teaching English. I obtained my z-visa that has been issued in Chongqing. After a short period of time I has been requested to teach in up-northern province of Heilongjiang. Prior to the Olympic Games in 2008 my documents have been checked by the local police and they found out that my z-visa which was going to expire the following year was not according to the Chinese law. Place of issuance and working place are different and they wanted me to leave China within 10 days, what I did. This was in December 2007 and upto the present time I have been refused to apply for a visa of any kind to re-enter PR of China. Do you have any ideas how long I need to wait until finally can return to China.
Looking forward to and being grateful for your advise.
Brgds, KWH

Greeting you,
Thank you for your comment. Does that mean that I am blacklisted the whole life long? Do you have a rough idea how long I need to wait until I am entitled to apply for a visa without the consequence of getting rejected. I learnt via web that countries such as Thailand, Indonesia or Korea impose an application ban of two years in similar cases.
