I have used Frankie as well as have a couple of my friends. His service is wonderful. I say that because 2 years after installation we had a problem with the rail that holds our blinds and phoned him. He organised for it to be fixed right away and to our surprise - no charge - as he said it should not have happened!!!

Can you tell me how much he charged you for your apt? Has anyone heard of Pan Curtains. I am going to call them, I am really looking for a cheap and easy option at this point.

I went to Sham Shui Po and walked around getting confused by the little scraps of fabric and stumbled onto Kan Fat Piece Goods which has mostly curtain, upholstery and cushion fabrics. Rebecca is fantastic and very helpful. She has blackout curtain material so you don't have to buy curtain fabric and black out curtains separately, which saves alot of money. Not too many fabric choices for curtains other than these materials, but she also makes curtains/cushions etc if you bring her the fabric. I don't think they block out all the light, but they've done a great job, and the cost was seriously a fraction of the price of some of the fabrics on Queen's Road (I think roughly around 40/yard). Of course, it really depends on what you want, but if you are looking for something simple, and cheap, call her. 23921816.
