I am looking for inexpensive "40th Birthday" Helium balloons for a party this weekend - does anyone know where I can purchase !!

Hi

The stationery shop (off the lane between the Welcome Supermarket and Post Office) in Stanley Market sells them, inflated and tied together in all colours. Can be a bit tricky to find. So walk down the road between welcome and post office. half way down on the left side you will see some stairs. Take these and vere off to the right up some more stairs. You will see it on the right side.
