you will find that DYI is very rare in HK...you'll be better of getting the oil/filter change done at a service centre (garage)


they are scattered around Hong Kong, not always at a petrol (gas) sation either, sometimes just a 'hole in the wall' kind of place

There are lots of car accessories shops and part shops that sell filters and oil as well as strap wrenches etc. Look around for shops that have fan belts hanging from the ceiling. Obviously you won't find these around the Landmark in Central. Any area where you see small garages will have one or two of these shops in the area. The main problem with DIY oil change is disposing of the old oil some service stations will let you pour off the oil there but most won't as they want you to use thier oil change service.
