We're going to live in Tuen Mun for a couple of months. We're situated between Tuen Mun KCR station and Tuen Mun San Hui Market.
What is the best way to get to Kowloon then? We really like minibuses because it's fast and you can sit.
The normal buses are so slow... When we bought the flat, we had to go to tuen mun from mong kok, and always had to wait 20 minutes or so for the bus, and then travel 45 minutes... Totalling one hour.
Haven't tried the KCR though, because the blue line wasn't open yet.
Anyone care to tell me the approximately time to go from TM to KL with these transportation options? (incl waiting time)

You should use the MTR. You will be getting on at the terminus so you will get a seat. There is a new stop at Austin Station which is right by Jordan Road. Also the MTR is not subject to the frequent traffic jams caused by accidents on the Tuen Mun Highway
