Living essentials. How much and where?

Next year, we'll be staying in Tuen Mun for a couple of weeks/months.

We've bought a small apartment there as holiday apartment.

So... we're going to need some essentials there of course. Like a refridgerator, a washing/drying machine, a queen size bed, a small sofa, table and maybe a small flatscreen tv.

Any tips on where to buy these stuff? All at once in one of those branded stores Broadway, Fortress, Chun Yuen or should we go with a smaller store? Can we get a discount when we buy this much stuff?

We have to have those delivered within a few days of course, so...

I'd go with Fortress for all the appliances. It's just less hassle to go to one place. Yes, you can get a discount if you buy all the stuff at once. We got 15% when we bought TV, surround system, DVD, dehumidifiers, air purifiers and so forth at once.

As for furniture, IKEA is a good one stop shop.

agreed...both will deliver, and you an get to IKEA in Tseun Wan easily. There must be a Fortress or Broadway in Tuen Mun Town Plaza as well.
