Hey.. I have noticed that the price of electronics gadets are cheepar in US than Hong Kon (like dgital Camera,Cannon), It is not what i expcted. Can anybody confirm this?

I can confirm that. This has been the case for years. In the US you can get electronics at superstore chains like Best Buy or online through Newegg or Amazon. Those companies have very low costs compared to a small HK store, plus the competition is tougher in the US with price comparisons online the norm.
In the last 6-9 months, however, the difference has been shrinking as retailers is HK have been lowering prices in response to the crisis.
Note that if you live in HK it is probably still worth it to buy a gadget in HK given local warranties. In any case do check the warranty situation before you buy a piece of kit abroad.
