I have a friend coming to stay with his 13 year old daughter.

The daughter would like the nice dresses she has seen a friends daughter bought in Shenzen. They will not have the time to go up so I am trying to find places in HK.

They were nicer dresses suitable for school dinner dance functions (not full length) and where is the best place for her to get a copy bag.

Hope this is not too late. My friend took her 11 year old girl to a shop called Mayeelok at Queen's Place Central for a tailor made flower girl dress and both mother and daughter are very happy with that. You can check out their web for more info.
