Does anyone have advice on how to keep towels fluffy after washing. My towels are only 6 months old and I wash in cold water with persil and fabric softner then hung up inside to dry but still they become rough and hard no matter how expensive they are this always seems to happen, is it the water in HK? Has anyone got any tricks to keep them soft.

I find if you let them dry naturally, inside or outside, they tend to turn out rough, regardless of how much fabric softner I use ... the only way I keep them really soft is to dry them in the tumble dryer, but if you don't have one I guess you don't have that option.

Yepp. Tumble dryer is the way to go for real fluffiness.

Ditto on the tumble drier. It's the only way to fluff a towel. It also keeps towels smelling fresh. If a towel doesn't dry fast enough, it begins to smell.

Wash at 40degs, no fabric softener and dry outside - seems to keep our towels fluffy

Huggy has some good advice there. Definitely try a PowerBall and line dry if possible.

Teh quality of the towel is very important of course. They would need to be made from combed cotton to keep the softness.

Have you tried ours www.sleepnaked.hk ??
