I was scammed by "maryhenez" and she asked me for my bank details and I gave them to her because I was unknown to her history of scamming. What should I do? Do I need to change my bank account? She also has my full name and my email address. HELP!

Just warn your bank. If money disappears fraudulently from your account the bank has to refund it. I don t think it s a reason to close your account. Anyone can find your bank account details.

I have banned the person - if they contact me to dispute this I will get back to you.
Perhaps you can provide further info - what do you mean by she has your bank details? Does she have your online access info for your bank account? If she doesnt have your password then then I dont think there is much she can do with that info.

I don't think you will get anywhere trying to prosecute in Nigeria even with an IP address...
