My baby is 7 months old and I want to stop bf'ing. I want to start giving him baby formula but very confused with the different varities of formulas on the market. Organic vs. non-organic. Wyeth, Nestle, M. Johnson, etc...

I'd appreciate your opinion.

Thanks,

Helenaa

Hi Helenaa,

Try a Japanese formula "Morinaga". My daugher tried a few out their but this is the best so far. She is almost 5 with good skin, lots of energy and very smart. Introduced to a number of friends with baby. Yhey are all very pleased with ehr result. Improves immune system and no alergy.

You may find it in most large supermarket or drug store.

Choosing an infant formula can be tricky especially when there are so many on

the market . After having breast milk for 7 months your baby may find

formula a little bland tasting . It would best to pick a formula and slowly

introduce it to baby in his food such as in his cereal before introducing it

straight into a bottle that you expect baby to take . It might also be worth

while choosing a formula that you can easily buy in your country of origin

so that for trips home it is not necessary to be packing copious amounts of

formula

I would also suggest you buy the smallest tin of formula available so that

if baby does turn his nose up at it you will not be wasting a lot of money.

Wishing you good luck,
