i got 11 weeks old girl. she has habbit of from day one born fall to sleep while bottle feeding. once she fall sleep it is hard to do blurp. without bottle she never fall in sleep. she is only drinking 2oz to 3oz even she is now 11 week old. she doesn't have any sleep pattern yet. she sleeps 9pm wake up 11pm then sleep 2am wake up 7 am. i am really tired of holding her caring her playing with her at during all day time and at mid night.
could you please give some advise.

Well, she's 11 weeks. These things take time to settle.
You should very gently start to introduce a sleep pattern. However this will likely not kick in for another several weeks.
Try to feed her more at one time by slowly stretching out the times between feeds. This will help the sleep patterns. Small steps. Take notes and see how you go.
As for being tired all the time, that's just baby parenthood. Pretty exhausting stuff. Don't worry, it gets better.

I would suggest trying to feed the baby during the day 3 hourly so that
she fills up on calories then and not in the middle of the night . Try to
get her to take more than 3 ounces at a time as well. Tactics would include
feeding her when she is first hungry and the changing her nappy to wake her
up a bit when she becomes sleepy .
You would be very welcome to bring the baby to Well baby clinic where we
could try to work out strategies to help you and your baby get a better
nights sleep.

Make sure baby is not too warm and cozy while feeding. Many lactation consultants suggest taking a layer of clothing off so baby is a bit cool and alert.
I know you are bottle feeding but the following still applies. With #2 my wife actually started pumping and bottle feeding instead of breastfeeding. Otherwise the little tyke would fall asleep after 5 minutes, sleep for an hour, then wake up again. It was just too warm and nice by the breast. With the bottle, she was held a bit away from the body, so she drank the whole bottle and didn't need feeding again for several hours.

Have you tried feeding her when she wakes up from her nap? Try tickling her feet while feeding to keep her awake.

she will only fall sleep while feeder in her mouth. it is not possible she will fall sleep without feeder in her moutht. so if she fall sleeps and i try to wake up her to do blurp then her sleep is disturb and she will not sleep again. after the nap is she feel hungry she will cry and now she has habbit for last 3 weeks by sucking her both hands no matter hungry or not hungry. i am also worry now by this since her hands are not clean and i can not wash them all the time.

have you tried burping her part way thru the feed - that way she will not have too much wind , and it might wake her enough to get her to take more food. Try a pacifier instead of the feeder to get her to sleep with something other than food. I wouldnt worry about her hands not being clean - in a couple of months she will be picking up everything and putting it in her mouth. Babys are soothed by sucking something so maybe try the pacifier - as then when the time comes (many people say the 9 month mark) you can take the pacifier away, and you can also control that she only uses it in bed at sleep time, rather than her thumb which she will then suck any time.
