Has anyone used "Professional Wills"? Any views? Or do you know anyone who knows how to draft international wills? Thanks.

I didn't use them in the end coz they were charging $7000 to draw up a fairly simple will and I found a local law firm charges less than half that.

a straight and simple will costs about 2000 hkd more or less.


a more complicated will ie plenty of beneficiaries, various conditions and terms costs more

Can a local law firm deal with foreign assets (like property outside HK and offshore bank accounts)? Any recommendations? Thank you.

as far as i know, local solicitors would deal basically with assets based in hong kong as different laws apply in other countries where your other assets are located.


so probably they could and it could be complicated depending on the laws
