Does anyone know where one might get a prescription for this or it might be obtained over the counter? I've heard some rave reviews.

I can't help you out with where to get it (I'm not in HK until next week) but I have heard it can have some unfortunate side effects, including spotting in your iris and affecting your vision. Have you checked into these? I don't know how likely the side effects are, but it does sound a little scary to me.
