Just heard someone talking about this in the lift. I can't believe it's showing in Hong Kong!!! Anyone know where I can get tickets. Searched the Asia expat site but no luck.

Oh yeah I went and it was fab. It was a full house and the production was flawless. I only found out afterward that this was an entirely voluntary cast - could not believe the talent, they were amazing.

Yep, a lot of the local theatre scene in HK is amateur only because actors don't do it for $$$. The talent level and production quality is far from "amateur". You certainly get your money's worth. I went on Friday night and the place was packed and energy level rivalled many "pro" productions. I saw Cinderella last year with a "pro" cast and crew and I did not think Millie's level was far off that, if any.
