I am currently looking to re do our bathroom.
One of the things I am desperately looking for is a western sized toilet, to fit, dare I say, my decadent capitalist sized backside. As I am finally buying my own place, I want a loo and seat that fits better than all my last landlords have provided for me.
I have been to a bunch of shops along Lockhart road, and for those of you who know anything about this, I need to have an upper P-shaped trap - and the pickings are slim indeed. One was quoted to me at HK$15,000 (reduced from HK$19,000 mind) which is insane to me.
Does anyone have any addresses for shops that stock western sized loos?

I think I saw some of those near Queen's Road East in Wanchai. It's either Gresson St or Lun Fat St.

Hi we are currently doing two bathrooms, and know exactly what you mean your best bet is the American Standard shop on Lockhart Rd opposite Lockhart Rd vegatable market bldg. They have p trap and prices are less than $5k we ended up with Toto for everything toilet sink bath (shop across the road) quality and finish seemed better and the toilets cost about $2,300 each. One bathroom finished and looks very smart and all working very well.
