How cheap is cheap?

I go to Winguide 12/F Island Beverley across from Sogo. Under $300 for poly cotton. $375+ for 100% cotton. Lots of different whites and blues. Conservative stripes. You won't get a lot of the colourful British checks here. For that you need to pay a bit more at places like Oscar in the Galleria or top end like Ascot Chang in Prince's Bldg.
