Thinking of checking it out at Chinese New Year which falls mid Feb.
Not sure on the weather - is the timing bad?

Mid feb will be a tad cold. Possibly around 15-20degC. Also depends on which part of Bhutan.... The higher regions will be cold. Best of luck
