Just moved a load of stuff from the UK with Allied Pickfords & they were great. Chose them partly on the basis of what GreenValleys says- they're a UK company so not sure how their US presence is, but our move at least was very smooth.

I would agree Sante Fe does a very good service but I would also get a quote from Baltrans and again mention the fact you are footing the bill. we used Baltrans 4 times and provide a best price suited to our pockets.

I agree with GV.
They are advertising on this site and we will consider them but need not choose them. If Porsche decided to sponsor your site and I wanted to buy a car, should I just choose a Porsche?
I got quotes from SF and Asian Express for a move to Australia.
Santa Fe was a little more flashy in their presentation but cost wise, they did not beat AE.
AE was extremely good in HK I would give them a 9/10. However, in Australia during the quarantine period and transport to my house, I would've only given them a 6.5.
In HK, one person handled everything for me and was my only point of contact. In Australia, I was speaking to a number of persons, not one overall as they had parcelled their services into different areas.

Yes of course I agree - choose the best service provider based on your needs - I am only suggesting that we consider using the advertisers who support the site as a courtesy... that said, I must admit... I do have a hidden agenda... if you support all the advertisers on our site they will keep advertising and we will have more contributions to our Molson Fund)
