To make it short. My contract will be ended next June. The company already inform me it will not be extended, but they are willing to help me to extend the visa for one more year. So I should apply to holdover the provisional tax. Or it shows the Inland Revenue that I lost job and am not allowed to extend the working visa? Any help? thanks.

Immigration and Inland Revenue are two different departments. You should have no problems renewing your work visa if your company sponsors you.

All you need is a letter from your employer telling immigration that you're still working for them and needs your working visa to be extended. No further requirements/explanation. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Punter is absolutely right. Immigration require a lot of information for processing new visas. However, for extension of visas, they usually just require a letter from the employer stating that the company will continue sponsoring you and stating how much your salary is.
