My 1.5 yr old has smelly feet. He wears sandals when outside and slippers in the house. When he gets back from the playground, his feet stink. I wash his feet every day and i've also bought him Teva sandals which have an active ingredient in the sole to prevent odors. I could smell his shoes even if i can't see them in the house. Now i've just noticed red specks on the soles of his feet and concerned the smelly feet are causing some rash etc. Any advice?

Could be a fungal infection if there is a red rash, with a red border around it and it is spreading to the rest of the skin, could get it checked out at a doctor- or could just be stinky feet- both my kids have them even though people say it shouldn't start until the hormones kick in- I can't wait until then!
