Not that I'm an expert but around Ha Heung Road in To Kwa Wan there is a cluster of auto/motorbike parts/repair/etc shops. You might find what you need there.

Or head into Mongkok, around Sai Yee Street / Nelson Street areas there are lots of car accessory places that sell pretty much everything. Paints, treatments, tools. Probably the most comprehensive in HK.
