Using cell while visiting Hong Kong?

I'm going to go to Bangkok for a short holiday starting next week. Just wondering if anyone had advice for using my cell phone (which is currently on a prepaid plan on People's) in Thailand. Thanks!

Do you have roaming service with your plan? If not sure, go to any People's kiosk and ask. If you do, then you can use your phone in Thailand albeit charges might be a little bit expensive.

Another option is you can buy another prepaid SIM in Thailand and divert your HK SIM to it. Its relatively be cheaper but it takes more work.

Thanks for the tips! I'll stop by People's first and ask … I mostly want a cell phone in case of emergencies, getting lost, etc. Don't plan to talk a lot on the phone while there. Thanks again!
