Wow - was over HK$800. Any place to get them on the cheap? This is for a one-off event so does not have to be good quality...

yes they are quite expensive. if you're really struggling, you can do a cheap mans version by making your own. there's plenty of formulas but not sure if once you get it going it'll last the duration of the party :D
