I am a single mother and have been in a secure loving relationship for sometime now. My partner and I are now discussing the possibility of him adopting my child. My little girl was born in HK but has a Australian citizenship/passport. We don't know how to even start this process and wonder how we should go about this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
