Going back to work full time

I'll be going back to work full time in Jan 2010 leaving my baby who will be 3.5 months old with my helper at home. I don't think my helper would be able to entertain my baby all the time, and I also would like make it more interesting for my helper to take care of my baby. What activities would you suggest I line up for my helper to take my baby to? i.e. Should I look for a playgroup for my helper to take my baby to? Should I enroll my baby to some sort of class so my helper can take him to?...etc? The whole idea is to make the daily life more interesting for both my helper and my baby.

Can anyone suggest/share your experience/thoughts with me?

Personally, i think a 3.5mth old baby will not get bored. so I wouldn't worry about classes yet. As for your maid i think she'll have enough on her hands with a baby at this age. Hey you hire her to work, you don't have to make it interesting. responsible and focus on the baby is more important. just my 2cent.
