My baby is 6 months and she seems to have a curious mind. Working full time, she is stuck home with my helper.

Any suggestion on what I should do

- send her to playground? does anyone know how this works and if there is any in Stanley

- school? too young?

- daycare few days a week?

...confused

Sure, I'd send her to the playground. Also the beach. Even in winter playing in the sand is fun. Great for baby to get more impressions.

In my opinion she is too young for school and daycare. That is, I feel that before about 18 months they don't get much out of it so you're just wasting money.

Another option is informal playgroups. Any other babies in the neighborhood? I'm sure the helpers can meet up. Just ensure they all understand this is for babies, not just an opportunity to sit around and gossip. I mean, of course they can chat, but the babies should be the primary focus.

Stanley has a decent public playground right "behind" the bus station (seen from the maket). As for "how this works" I don't understand what you mean really. Make sure your helper brings along a snack for her.

I agree with axptguy, before 18mth they dont get too much out of classes. They be happy enough with a stroll in a pram already.
