Yes she can use it in the mail application. There are at least two ways to set it up. You can go through the "Yahoo Mail" specific wizard on the iPhone, or use "other" and set it up like any other POP account.


BTW I have also made Yahoo work on Blackberry. You need to set it up in your operator's web interface.



Don't know about roaming costs. Your best option when overseas is to use WiFi for mail and surfing.

I didn't know yahoo had pop for free.


For paid yahoo, you get pop access.

It would be http://three.blackberry.com/, unless the HK Three is another address. Then you need your account username and password. Call customer service if you don't have them.

Sorry. Yahoo.co.uk has free pop. On Yahoo.com you hae to pay.

You can use a yahoo.com address on the iPhone no problem. Set up is already in the phone, you just need to add the email address and password and away you go. It's the most simple set up there is.
