i assume you mean that you take her with you and she cries, not that you are leaving her with a helper at home and she cries when you are not there...
is your home very quiet, is the change in noise levels that upsets her? is she always in the same room at home, did she get used to the small space and is comfortable there?
is she comfortable when you go out? is she warm / cool enough, no problems with the carrier or pram be uncomfortable? does she not like hats, gloves, shoes, something she wears when she goes out?
you need to find out WHY she gets upset. then work on getting her used to that...
bit by bit is the best way.

thanks for reply. the house is small she stays most of the time in living room watching tv. she cries when i am also with her. I think it is enviroment the sounds and people and faces she then start crying. do you have any suggestion to solve this issue.

Some kids are just a bit sensitive. I know the feeling. There's not point forcing the issue. That will just make her more upset. Try "small moves". Also limit the time in a new environment, giving her time at home to "recuperate". Increase exposure with time.

Second the "less TV" thing that cara is saying. Under the age of two, TV should be extremely limited. It's just not good for a developing mind. That includes supposedly "educational" stuff like Baby Einstein.
Even after two, TV should be limited. Let her explore the world on her own terms, not be force fed stuff by the TV.
