Cream Maker - where can I buy one?

These used to be popular many years ago. Nowadays it seems impossible to buy one. Any suggestions?

Do you mean an ice cream maker? If so, you could try the kitchen shop in Princes Building on the same floor as Bookazine. I think there is also still a fancy kitchen store on the 5th floor of Pedder Building.

I really do mean cream maker, not an ice cream maker. I had a machine many years ago which used to convert full fat milk into cream. I recall that the final process involved the milk being extruded under pressure through a multi-hole nozzle. I can't figure why they don't make/advertise these any longer as it probably offered a less fatty cream than regular single and double cream.
