I need a bit of advice!
After skiing in Europe as a child, I am craving the slopes again, but I don't really want to venture too far from home!
With 3kids in tow, all under 6, i'm a little bit apprehensive about the whole ski holiday experience!
I would love to take the kids on their first snow experience but the whole thing seems a little daunting!
Does anyone have any suggestions on good resorts? I was thinking about maybe Korea or Japan... but I'm open to other suggestions.
But, I do need a resort with facilites for children- probably childcare for my youngest (2yrs old) but I would like to think my girls (aged 5) would go to ski school.
any help would be much appreciated!

Second.
I think that Club Med Sahoro is your best choice.
We have been there twice so far.
Just came back from there. My 5 year old boy learned skiing with the instructors there, which he really enjoyed.
We were there when my boy was 3 as well. Ski lessons are only for children 4 and above. He was very well looked after by the staffs as they took him out to play in the snow, swimming in the heated indoor pool, etc. from 8 am to 5 pm (had his lunch and afternoon nap there as well). He enjoyed the night entertainment there as well.
I and my hsuband had nice time skiing together while our boy was enjoying himself with other kids.

Niseko, Japan is the best ski area to go with kids. We had a wonderful ski vacation in Dec 2009. NISS, best ski school. So many things and hotels catered for kids. Transportation amazingly easy. We plan to return again this year.
Flights to Sapporo for winter months are booked up half a year in advance... (local HK people are very into skiing now).... so when I booked in August for Dec vacation, there were already no more direct flights. We had to stopover in Tokyo, which was fine. But book early is my advice!
