Any recommendation for a good catering company? All the threads about this subject seem quite old. Advice based on first hand experience would be very appreciated. Thanks.

I am a French Cuisine Chef, just moved back to Hong Kong from Toronto Canada recently. I do some private catering in Hong Kong through a word of mouth and never do any huge advertising.
