We are at a loss to find venues that are free or charge minimal rates for our 4 year old's birthday party. We have done parties in our flat but want a change. No memberships to Clubs in town. Loathe McDonald's as a location. Does anyone have ideas on where we could have a good party, preferrably in CWB, Happy Valley area? We are even thinking an outdoor playground might work so kids can run around - a friend did that once, they brought a load of bubble and had simple foods set up for the kids and it seemed to work ok. what about the police playground in wanchai gap or the mt austin playground at the peak?
they are out of your suggested areas, but they are fantastic places for parties.

the happy valley park would be good the childrens area is huge and then under the covered area you could put some mats and have a party
