Thankful for your advice on where to buy some ankle/arm weights in Causeway Bay area. I want to use them for brisk walking at home. Not looking for anything too heavy, just something to provide some resistance for toning of the muscle.

Not sure but you can try Gigasports and Marathon in Pacific Place. Also try RC Outfitters. 2/F, Kin Tak Fung Commercial Building, 467-473 Hennessy Road.
