When will they catch this/these Bastxxx(s). If it is the same twisted culprit he/she seems to be growing with more confidence in doing it and up to now and getting away with it as does some serial killer. One thing the authorities should do is ban or absolutely make sure that the sale of the acid being used in these attacks is strictly controlled. This could ruin HK's reputation as a safe city to live in.

While I agree that he/she/they should be caught, banning or restricting the sale probably won't help that much. Dangerous compounds, including corrosive acid, are relatively easy to make at home, after all. There are even instructions online.
