Recommendations for villa to rent over Christmas

I'm looking into renting a villa in either Thailand or Bali (and possibly other places) for Christmas 2010 and having our family come and stay with us, as opposed to us travelling back.

Can anyone recommend either a particular villa (fully serviced - with a cook, maids etc) that will sleep between 4 & 10 or a trusted villa rental company?
