Would appreciate if someone can give some advice regarding below : -


Is it possible to claim your MPF on the basis on permanent departure and return in the same year to work again?


If there are 2 different accounts and only withdraw from one is there a problem?


I have been going through a difficult situation, withdrawing my MPF will be alot of help to me and am sure lots of other people outside think the same, who are having difficulties.


Have previously got the statutory declaration for perm departure but did not claim then , would it be possible to go and get another one since I know they do keep records.


I have all these questions and have checked with the relevant people however get different answers everytime. Have asked around as well and they seem to have heard differently too.


Just wonder why the government won't let people take their MPF when needed like this financial crisis time. Who knows if one will still be around at retirement age!
