Visa for South Africa for Filipino helper

We are thinking of travelling to South Africa with our helper later in the year. Does anyone know what type of visa she will need and how easy/difficult it is to get one ?

Contact the South African embassy in Hong Kong. That would be your best plan.

If she doesn't get a visa you will be able to get help there very easily.

Don't count on getting help THERE.

Also, be aware if you're going for work there you'll need police clearance which takes AGES.

Best sort it all out from here first, and as said go to embasy in Wanchai.

Philipinos should be able to get a visa on entry.

It will be a standard tourist visa. Her occupation is irrelevant.

Check with the South African consultate.
