B&Q Hong Kong alas is no more.

On Kowloon side you can visit Reclamation Street area around Mong Kok. Without giving specific addresses as you are after fair amount of material there are lots of useful shops in and around this area. If you are on Hong Kong side, the wood for the frame can be found down Lockhart Road in many of the timber merchants and then general hardware stores for the glue gun and perhaps the staple gun too (but for a wider variety down reclamtion street if you want a compressor type and other power tools)
