Although it's Central, not Kowloon side, Picture This in Prince's Building framed a large photograph for us last week and we are really pleased with the results. We wanted top quality and we got it: UV-resistant, non-reflective glass and a good frame, and the result is far superior to similarly-priced work we've had from shops in Wanchai and other picture-framers over the years.
