changing employer before the contract commencement

Hi everyone,

I ve got this problem with my employer. I got a job as a kindergarten teacher but since my employer is a kind of an agent, he has to assign me to some school first.

The thing is, he hasnt found any school for me and it seems he wont be able to find it, at least for now. I got another job offer and they are willing to sponsor my visa. Should i resign from my job and take another one? What happens with my work visa? The other thing is that my contract with my visa sponsor commences from february, so what would the immigration say if i changed jobs so soon.. any ideas? please help! im really confused and scared cause i dont have any money left.
