Hi, i was wondering if anyone could advise on where to get fresh mussels.
I bought some from 360 but they were frozen and not the best quality.
Do they have it at the local wet markets?

Hi Maddiee, try Citi-Super, but I can tell you that there are no FRESH mussels that I have encounter in Hong Kong .. SAD I know .. and all the Mussels that I ran into are VACUUM PACKED, so those are the freshest one - not like the fresh ones I used to get in Toronto ... but this is Hong Kong, and for almost all Western cooking ingredients, they are either hard to find or very expensive ...
